Poverty can be analyzed from various angles, some of which belong to the realm of morality, such as degeneration of the family or addiction to drugs, others as prerequisites for legal maturity anddomestic tranquility, belong to the field policy, and others are the domain of economics. In this paper we limit ourselves to economic reasons, although we sympathize with the moralists, sociologists and political scientists, those involved in other vital aspects of the problem of poverty.
